What is the onboarding process for new clients?

Our onboarding process is specifically designed to ensure smooth communication between sales, finance, and production. During this transition, a seamless client experience is of paramount importance.

How will I receive my reports?

The strategy team conducts weekly and monthly analytics analysis, and monthly reports are reviewed. In addition, we present key growth metrics to ensure campaigns are optimised.

What is the best digital marketing budget for me?

A majority of companies in industries such as design and media, transport, retail, health and beauty, real estate, information technology, agriculture and environment, and building and construction dedicate about 50 to 65 percent of their overall marketing budgets to digital marketing. We will develop a marketing budget for you in consultation with you if you don’t already have one. Your Cost of Customer Acquisition will be looked at based on real, meaningful, benchmark data that is plugged into a business math formula. 

How do you determine success metrics and establish tracking measures?

In addition to monthly objectives such as web traffic, leads, qualified leads, opportunities, and customers, we also look at the conversion rate for each of these points. An impression-share KPI would include metrics like CPC, CTR, engagement on landing pages, and conversions.

Are you able to provide peers/competitors with relevant and current benchmark data?

Yes, an exhaustive competitor analysis and benchmark report can be provided upon request. 

Do you work with clients who are in other countries?

Yes, we work with clients across the globe.

What types of clients do you work with?

We work primarily with B2B clientele, SMEs, LMEs, and individuals in the following industries: SAAS, tourism, technology, professional services and food services that have a considered sales cycle, and a dedicated team that needs qualified leads. 

What does a typical growth journey look like?

For any marketing campaign, the first six months are almost always spent fixing mistakes, refining, and closing the disparity between what you have in place and what is currently being done.

Yes. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, MailChimp, and Constant Contact are some of the tools we have experience with. Our team builds templates, workflows, and automations. To help you make informed decisions, we also offer list management and comprehensive reporting. 

Do you have an approach to paid campaigns at your agency?

We develop paid campaigns based on variables such as campaign goals, buyer personas, sales cycles of our clients, and commercial transaction type (B2B or B2C).

What social media sites do you work with?

Facebook, Instagram,, LinkedIn, and a variety of Chinese social media and ecommerce platforms.

Will social media work for my business?

Yes. Every company should use social media. Like no other advertising channel, social media allows brands to develop and maintain one-to-one relationships with consumers. How do I pay for agency fees?

We accept bank transfers, Stripe, Payoneer, or Paypal.

For monthly services, invoices will be sent electronically 30 days prior to the recurring campaign date in order to receive payment upon the recurring service date.
